Insertion at European political bubble 08-09-15

There is so much going on right now. I wish I could stop the time and just sit to reflect upon everything. I think everytime I am figuring out more why my national committee chose me to be in Germany. I come from Brazil and in the time I had positioned myself very clearly against feminism -even without knowing too much about- when I was in my selective process. I imagined I would never past because of that. But now being here at UWC I can see they respect all the political positions -at some extent cof cof and depending of your definition of respect obviously- including the right wing,

I come from Brazil. The way how I perceive the national politics is almost as ''fifth shades of red''. We have so many left wing parties but our PSDB -famous right wing party- is so tasteless. They do not follow the core of their ideologies but mostly seek for positions. What we can also see between the left wing parties. Even my friends who consider themselves right wing they do not stick for either this partie and also for any other.
I come to Europe with this background of almost invisible actions upon right wing parties. Now I realized how the far right wing comes with terminologies such as Nazism. Yes, what mean for German people concern to right wing is nothing less than NAZISM. Can we all human being with minimum sense of things in life agree nazism was one of the worst things the humanity could had ever experienced?
I am still chocked with the refugee events what are going on here. It is just crazy. All the news talk about that all the time, guardian, New York times and other big names of newspapers are talking about that.
Today we had a special talk organized by Tiril -from Norway- towards the topic what was really nice. I will write about it also soon.
I am just chocked how people are being labeled as migrants and even worst, as ''ilegal imigrants''. First of all they should be considered refugees (what have a totally diferent meaning, once migrants can choose to be there while refuges are basicly runing away of religious and ethnic persecution and risking their LIFES back home) and even if we call as migrants, we should use the terminology ''irregular migrant''. Also all the idea the imigrants will just come and steal all the jobs of the people, as is a bit rooted in the Hungarian meanstrem. Also including all the bad rootes the refugees need to take crossing Hungary, Macedonia, Greecy and Turkey.
It is just absurd for me to take seriously the nationalist mentality. Because it is just desumanizing human beings.
We cannot agree in many things about oppression. Can be insupportable if we point out everything as a social sin. But I can not just close my eyes and deny there is a real persecution towards refugees, and even when we talk about the war itself, USA and Germany are still selling weapons to support such monstrosity.
Daily life here at UWC I am breathing ideals. Some are smelly. But also come with hope.
