Reflection of Service CAS Kita Kibtiz today 28/01/2016
Today we did our second section with wood work. One of the guys (I forgot the name now) was super annoying in the beginning... He did not want to do anything... But them Sara let him just cut the pieces of wood and paint. He did it very enthusiastically. Sometimes is just a matter of letting the kids do what they fell like doing and everything is alright. Sometimes is necessary to open hand of control and let it be. An ethical inside today. :
A globalização do mercado financeiro introduziu outro fator desestabilizante.

Question about globalization 27/01/2016
Is it right to say that globalization and postmodern moral relativism are married? Since we have more access to information, meaning that we can never reach all of it, but just part of it (partiality of truth or knowledge is a pos-modern concept)
But by other hand the globalization was essential for the propagation of human rights. That is -in my point of view it is an antidote to cultural relativism ... in some cultures, for example, it can be argued that slave labor should be supported! But human rights show that this is contrary to humanity!
Isn't a contradiction to say that:
if we say that the pos-modernity holds moral relativism, and globalization holds pos-modernity (globalization holds moral relativism!) ... How can that match them with the idea that globalization stands for the human rights? If the human rights itself are absolute (not saying that it is good or bad, just pointing out a fact).

Insides after portaying a ''government'' in the last Enviromental Laureate meeting. 19/01/2016
And we talked about governance. Afterwards we did a simulation. I was the Mayor (the government) and all together with the ONG, Private Shrimp cia, the popular citizens and cultural fishermen and the scientists were there to decide upon the Mangroves that were suffering deflorestation what consequently make the area of Manila more vulnerable to tufoes and also destroying the area would be reduced the ecosystems because that is an area of shrimp cradle.
As a government I tryed my best to be balanced. Clearly in the table all brought their own ideas, and we quite had a monologue much times. The CIA was very generous and willing to reduce its exploration (what hardly would happen in real life); the ONG said that they would not for any reason allow anymore the exploration of this area. The fisherman wanted to keep doing it because they need it as a mean of surveillance, otherwise they would be without food and without money. The researches also claimed for no more interventions once they need natural vegetation to develop their research process.
I tryed to be as balanced as possible. Government itself has no money -or idealy shoudn't- then even tought I knew that was enviromentaly sustainale to protect the mangroves, I could not just take out the provate cia, because they payed taxes! Because they could provide job and employ the fisherman! Because they could finance the research power!
For the first time I understood and respect the state. For the first time perhaps I ''dressed the shoes'' of a defensor os the State. Firstly because I experienced that was not a easy mission to handle all the diferent interests, secondly because I saw the I was in the hands of the private cia... I needed their taxes!
Otherwise how could I provide medical care, protection and all this things? Would I do magic?
My respect for the government increased slightly.

Thoughts of 14/01/2016 - Human Pluzzle
We humans are all just a bunch of blind-pointed view people. We can not reach the truth completely and that is why is so easy to fall in the status quo or to be a sheep of what the majority think is the better way,
because of this implicitly sensation that we are missing out something or some piece of the whole.
